Kevin Scott Van Geem is awesome. Kevin makes children weep instantly, because he is so beautiful. He was born and grew up just outside of Oakland, CA. He plays the drums as well as cribbage with his girlfriend Nora.

Ingredients:

Sourdough Bread or Wheat Levain Fresh Garlic

Cold Pressed Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Basalmic Vinegar

Fresh Tomato

Romaine Lettuce

Parmesan Cheese (Sliced)

Cut 2 slices of bread and toast. Slice a clove of garlic and spread on one of the slices and cover with olive oil. On the other slice cover with vinegar, sliced cheese followed by sliced tomato. Place a leaf of lettuce on the garlic/olive oil side and put the two halves together. Enjoy. Good Luck! Some links to consider
